Welcome to Straight Up Home Inspections. By accessing this website or booking services through our online scheduler, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided Straight Up Home Inspections provides residential home inspection services in SE Michigan. Our inspections are conducted in accordance with industry standards and are intended to provide a general evaluation of the visible and accessible components of a property at the time of inspection. 

2. Scheduling & Booking Appointments may be scheduled through our website or by direct contact. By booking an inspection, you agree to provide accurate property details, including square footage and property type, to ensure proper pricing and scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms Payment is due prior to or at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed upon. Reports may be withheld until full payment is received. We accept approved forms of payment as outlined during the booking process. Any applicable processing fees may be added to online payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly as soon as possible if changes are needed.

5. Inspection Agreement All inspection services are governed by a separate Inspection Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed prior to the inspection. This agreement outlines the scope, limitations, and terms specific to the inspection.

6. Limitations of Inspection A home inspection is a non-invasive, vsual evaluation of a property. It is not a guarantee or warranty of future performance. Hidden or inaccessible issues may not be identified. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection when possible and ask questions.

7. Third-Party Services Additional services (such as radon testing or third-party inspections) may be offered. These services may have separate terms and conditions.

8. Website Use All content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability Straight Up Home Inspections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or inspection services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
