Additional Services

Radon Testing - $150
Professional 48-hour continuous radon monitoring using calibrated electronic equipment. Testing follows EPA and industry protocols to accurately measure radon levels in the home. Results are provided in a detailed report with an interpretation of the findings. 

 

Thermal Imaging Scan - $150
Infrared thermal imaging is used during the inspection to identify potential hidden issues such as moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and overheating electrical components that may not be visible to the naked eye.
